I have over 20 years of classroom experience helping every pupil in my care make progress and succeed. I have worked with children who have learning difficulties and those who have very limited English. Currently, I am working with children who have Speech and Language impairment. As a teacher, I constantly develop my strategies to ensure every child, no matter how complex their needs are, becomes a confident, independent learner who has ammunition for their future life beyond the classroom.

All my lessons are different, depending on the subject and age of children. For the younger learners, I use a lot of games and fun activities that ensure the children enjoy learning and stay focused for longer. Older learners have the opportunity to solve puzzles, crosswords, play board games, complete quizzes and answer challenging questions in order to master their newly acquired skills. I do my best to tune in to my learners to see which learning g style they respond best to and I adapt my lessons to suit their needs.
