I am a friendly individual with an outgoing personality. I enjoy working with others as a team and I am able to easily form relationships. I am hard working, reliable and trustworthy, and able to adapt to any challenges asked of me. I welcome any opportunity to learn new skills.
Objective
I am a full-time student at University of Nottingham where I am working towards my degree in Music, working on my performance skills, constructing and writing essays and working with other students in certain modules. I am available for part-time work where available for experience in working with customers, improving my skills of team working and broadening my experience of working life and social interaction.

I was recently employed at Alan & Hare Catering service at Morpeth Golf Club where I was a waitress, aiding in delivering food, dishwashing and preparing function rooms. October 2015- November 2015.
Worked at Platform One at the East Bedlington Community Centre as bar staff where I waited customers and cleaned tables. I also worked on the lighting desk where I would program the lights for performances throughout the night. June 2017- April 2018
Current Jobs
I am currently working part time at the Trinity Youth Association where I am Bank Staff Playworker and work with children from primary school to secondary school. I have been working there since August 2017.
I am currently working at the University’s David Ross Library as a student music library assistant. I started working on the 30th of September 2019.
Sign Language
I am participating in the University of Nottingham’s society and I have assisted in teaching Brownies and Rainbows some sign language to aid them towards completing badges.
Other Details
I passed my driving test in December 2017 with 2 minors.
I have recently participated in the BBC Proms Academy Choir where I performed at the Royal Albert Hall singing a composed piece called Shadows by Erik Esenvalds and performing Beethoven Symphony 9.
I’ve been a peer mentor for Nottingham University Humanities where I was a mentor for the first years who needed some help or had questions on how to get through first year.
I am the wellbeing coordinator for Albion House- a university accomodation where I planned activities for the students living there to help their wellbeing.
Interests:
I have a passion for reading and always have at least one book in progress. I have a long-time interest in music and dance and attend weekly classes in Highland Dance and perform in displays. I have attained level 5 in Piano and have begun writing and singing my own compositions; I was very proud to be able to perform one of them at a fund-raising concert recently. I have performed at Northumberland Live in Blyth and Gallagher Live in Bedlington. I have also participated in busking sessions at Alnwick Gardens. I have recently started playing the cello and have achieved grade 3.
