I am a capable and confident person with a broad experience in business related fields within the changing environments and more recently in Junior School Education. I have demonstrated a good understanding of children needs in my role as a teaching assistant. I have been a teaching assistant at St Christophers The Hall School for 4 years. I have assisted years, 2,4,5,6 during my time. This has involved working with the form teachers to prepare daily tasks and activities to support the children learning and ensure they have the assistance they need to succeed. I help organise the classroom and plan for the weeks activities.
