Primary school through to GCSE tutor
Hi! I am currently studying Liberal arts at University of Nottingham, specialising in English, Philosophy and History of Art. I have experience working in primary schools and would love opportunity to tutor these ages on any of their subjects! But I am also able to tutor both GCSE and A-level English, Philosophy and Religious studies. I was diagnosed with Dyslexia when I was 16, so I understand how difficult it can be for dyslexic individuals still trying to pursue essay based subjects - I would really love to be able to help dyslexic kids see that English can still be for them.
I did a-level English and received an A, I also did Psychology (getting a B) and art, again getting an A. The variety in my a-level choices and the variety of my degree programme means I can take a fairly interdisciplinary approach to teaching younger ages - mixing art in with science to make it appeal to everyone! I love showing kids how different subjects overlap!
