About Emma W

Primary English and Maths tutor

I am a primary school teacher and have been teaching in Chessington for 7 years; I taught across key stage two for 6 years and now teach in key stage one. I have experience tutoring both maths and English and am happy to do either or both.

I enjoy tutoring children and seeing their confidence grow - both within the lessons as well as hearing about positive experiences at school. I am very patient, have been told I have a calm and approachable nature with children, and am skilled at explaining things in different ways when children are finding the learning tricky.

I live in West Ewell and can travel to Ewell or possibly Epsom. I'm available to tutor either evenings or weekends.
