Tutor and Homework Helper
Like many children, I did not always enjoy school. Therefore, my goal as a tutor is to help students like me who find teachers uninspiring and dread their homework.
I am 25 and have recently completed an MA in Social Anthropology at Goldsmiths University. Before this, I did my undergraduate course in the US at the City University of New York. The Liberal Arts program offered by US colleges allows students to take a broad and diverse range of subjects which is why I am so comfortable tutoring the humanities.
It was not until university that I genuinely began enjoying academic work and its a shame there are so many students like myself. We all know how much a good teacher can help you enjoy a subject and all good teachers have a few things in common; they are passionate about the subject, they are supportive not strict, and they genuinely want to see their students do well. As a tutor, these are my defining characteristics.
